作者简介

刘东民，中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所副研究员，国际金融室主任。近年来完成课题近二十项，在“前海金融产业发展规划”研究中提出的跨境贷款、离岸母基金、前海企业赴港发债等政策建议获得批复并在前海实施。
