孙前
1975年毕业于四川师范大学中文系，在成都市委办公厅、四川省委办公厅工作多年。曾任泸定县委副书记、省委办公厅副主任、省政府直属企业董事长、雅安市副市长、四川省旅游局正厅级巡视员。中国国际茶文化研究会（杭州）副会长、西南茶文化研究中心主任、世界茶文化交流协会（香港）名誉会长、四川省茶文化协会副会长、四川省茶叶行业协会副会长、四川工艺美术协会副理事长、四川省乡村旅游协会副会长。大熊猫文化研究学者、做客教授。
