赫伯特·胡佛（Herbert Hoover），美国第31任总统。胡佛生于爱荷华州，毕业于斯坦福大学，早年曾是一名采矿工程师。曾先后担任美国救济委员会主席、美国粮食总署署长，并于1929年出任美国总统。
