赵迎新，2007年获得悉尼科技大学管理学硕士学位高级编审曾任新华社中央新闻采访室时政摄影记者体育新闻采编室副主任1996年作为新华社历史上第一位驻外女摄影记者派驻伦敦2005年7月至2008年11月,担任北京奥组委媒体运行摄影服务处处长,是奥运史上第一位女性摄影服务运营官(Photo Chief)2008年至今，担任中国摄影出版社社长，负责中国摄影出版社的出版、管理、经营工作。2012年中国摄影出版社被评为全国文化体制改革先进单位。执行策划出版《口述影像历史》系列图书，策划出版《中国摄影史》1840－1879系列图书，策划引进出版《珍藏卡帕》、《照片的本质》、《影像制造者》等图书。
