黄平，现任中国社科院欧洲研究所所长、研究员、《读书》执行主编等。*高学位：哲学博士，经济学类社会学专业(伦敦大学伦敦经济政治学院[1991]) ;*后学历：博士研究生(伦敦经济政治学院[LSE]，知识与发展社会学专业)。刘作奎，历史学博士，中国社会科学院欧洲研究所中东欧研究室主任、副研究员，中国国际问题研究基金会研究员，中国社科院地区安全研究中心研究员。研究专长：政治学、社会学、历史学研究方向：欧洲研究(中东欧问题、中欧关系、巴尔干问题)、社会调查统计与分析、发达国家电子治理(虚拟治理)。
