宋建福男，1965年生，山东文登人，2005年毕业于上海外国语大学英语语言文学系，获得文学博士学位，现任山东科技大学外语学院教授，主讲英美文学与中国文化典籍英译等课程，专注英美现代主义与后现代主义文学研究，合著《英国女性小说史》与《美国文学思想史》等著作。
