董晓波，美国佐治亚大学法学博士后，南京师范大学教授，外国语言学及应用语言学博士生导师。
中国法律英语教学与测试研究会副会长，江苏省人民政府地方性法规译审专家，广东省人民政府地方性法规译审专家，国家海上丝绸之路申报世界文化遗产翻译专家，国际青年应用语言学学者联盟法律顾问、常务理事，省级重点研究基地“江苏国际法治动态研究中心”主任，中国译协法律翻译委员会委员。
