作者简介

　　曾令良，男，1956年出生，武汉大学人文社科优秀教授、博士生导师，现任武汉大学国际法研究所所长、教育部长江学者特聘教授、欧洲联盟让-莫内讲席教授。兼任中国国际法学会副会长、中国国际经济法学会副会长、中国欧洲法律研究会会长、中国世界贸易组织法研究会副会长、湖北省国际法研究会会长等职。曾获全国普通高校人文社会科学研究成果一等奖、被评为第二届全国十大杰出中青年法学家。代表性著作有《欧洲共同体与现代国际法》及其繁体中文修订版《欧洲联盟与现代国际法》、《世界贸易组织法》、《欧洲联盟法总论》、《中国和平发展重大前沿国际法律问题研究》等。
