2018年10月30-31日， 亚太地区“小农与扶贫”国际会议在北京成功召开，来自中国、越南、俄罗斯等10国的代表参会。与会代表就亚太地区各国在小农发展、减贫方面取得的新进展、存在的不足和问题、面临的挑战、以及未来发展对策进行了研讨。本书将与会代表的主要观点予以综述。
