邹瑚莹，1965年毕业于清华大学建筑系。清华大学建筑学院教授，中国建筑学会室内设计分会会长，一级注册建筑师，资深室内设计师。袁镔，1965年毕业于清华大学建筑系。清华大学建筑学院教授，清华大学建筑设计研究院有限公司顾问总建筑师，住建部住宅建设与产业现代化专家委员会专家，住建部中国绿色建筑与节能专业委员会委员，中国城科会生态城市专业委员会委员，《生态城市与绿色建筑》杂志主编，一级注册建筑师。
