中国社会科学院的中国海外投资国家风险评级体系（CROIC）从中国企业和主权财富的海外投资视角出发，构建了经济基础、偿债能力、社会弹性、政治风险、对华关系五大指标共41个子指标，通过大量数据量化评估了中国企业在海外投资方面面临的风险。本评级体系试图通过提供风险警示，为企业提高海外投资成功率提供参考。

作者简介

张明，经济学博士，研究员，中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所国际投资研究室主任，研究领域为国际金融与中国宏观经济。曾在香港金融管理局与哈佛大学肯尼迪政府学院做访问学者。出版《全球危机下的中国变局》、《中国的高储蓄：特征事实与部门分析》等学术著作，在国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文多篇，并在国内外财经媒体上发表大量的财经评论。,中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所国际投资研究室研究员。
