  《城市形态与住房市场(英文版)》着眼于两种不同类型的住房市场——英国和中国,着重从房地产市场与城市形态的关系,人们对于街道布局的偏好,在微观层面上城市街道布局如何影响房价波动等这几个方面,探索城市的形态和住宅价格之间的静态和动态关系。《城市形态与住房市场(英文版)》采用space syntax的网络分析方法,通过城市的街道网络模型计算系统的空间可达性指标来量化城市形态特征;通过实证检验找出在微观层面城市街道网络的变化如何影响房子的价格波动。
